Seema Anand is a Phd. Doctor of Narrative Practices, working with the uses and the implications of ‘Oralness’, specialising in Story telling. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Scoiety of Arts(FRSA).Fellows must have demonstrated a high level of achivement related to the arts, manufactures and commerce. She shares this title along with Charles Dickens, Karl Marx & Stephen Hawkins to name a few.

Seema teaches Equality and Diversity and Cultural Competence within the corporate sector, focusing on Team Cohesion and Alternative Ethics through the Power of Narrative. Much of her work is commissioned by the NHS as the largest diversity employer within the UK, London universities, UK County councils in their efforts to build Diaspora Art networks, the major London Museums i.e. The Victoria & Albert, the British Museum, The Museum of London, National Portrait Gallery to enhance accessibility of exhibitions and gallery spaces and several large Trusts and charities in their transitional work from localised support to mainstream interest.

Judith Bodenham | Tharoor Associates

Judith Bodenham is professional Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation and has Professional Certified Coach accreditation. She has been coaching since 2006 and has over 800 hours of experience with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Her expertise is also in Transactional Analysis and in continuing and applying that learning.

She has worked in education for over 25 years, in schools, colleges and other institutions. She has an extensive understanding of different support systems and provisions, having worked for many years alongside other professionals and professional bodies in specialist contexts such as prison education and services for vulnerable young people. Cly Wallace is an expert in strategic business communications.  With more than 25 years international experience, she helps global businesses and other organisations develop and articulate clear, impactful strategy documents and communications materials that help them to achieve their business objectives.

With a strong background in international public policy, she specializes in corporate social responsibility and business sustainability communications, and in building multi-sector partnerships. Recently, she helped to set up and served as Executive Director for a three-year global partnership between The Coca-Cola Company and The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.  In this process, she has exceptional ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, ensuring that different points of view are heard and reflected.

Ounkar Kaur (MSc)
Ounkar is a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and has been involved in the field of mental
health since 1995. She is a trainer, consultant and supervisor offering her expertise to
organisations within the voluntary and statutory sector. Ounkar is a member of The
Severnside Institute for Psychotherapy and registered with The British Psychoanalytic
Council. She is also a professional member of The International Association for Counselling.

She has worked in NHS and voluntary settings providing counselling to individuals and
couples from various religious, cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds.

Ounkar has taught for the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) for the last
10 years, and developed the popular 10-week course ‘Listening skills for living and working
in a multi-multicultural society as well as BCPC’s Foundation Course. Her teaching and
training experience extends to The University of Bristol. She has lectured specifically in the

Ashima Kumar is an artist, coach and trainer, who uses doodle art as a tool for mindfulness and to relieve stress.
